Shauna Crandall, the illustrator, was a very curious girl who grew up eating chalk, paste, glue, and an occasional crayon while drawing, painting, dancing, singing, sewing, and day dreaming. These days her palette has evolved as she continues to draw, paint, dance, sing, sew, and daydream. Her interests lie in capturing glimpses of magic, mysticism, and the inexplicable beauty of personal transformation. The evolution of her creativity took a lifetime and continues to evolve as with everything in nature. Her goal is to inspire curiosity and love of the journey to encourage following one's desires.
